Become a member of the Cascade Zydeco Executive Board

Membership in Cascade Zydeco runs from July 1 to June 30 (Join now) and that means it's time to think about becoming a Cascade Zydeco Board Member. Our election ballots will go out at the beginning of June. The Board meets once a month at PPAA before the first Wednesday night dance of the month. It's fun, you get to know more people, and it's satisfying to make a contribution of your time, energy and ideas, and we need you! (Read our new By-Laws (Word format or PDF.) No experience required!

How to Apply

In order for everyone to have an idea of who they're voting for we ask that you submit a small paragraph about why you're interested in running for the board and a little about your background. We don't need a lot - just a little introduction to you. If you can send us a picture, that would be great, too (or we can take one on a Wednesday night). You can send it by email or write it up and give it to one of the current board members: Jim Lalone, Craig Schultz, Patty Kadel, Jamie Morgan, John Klindt, Ryan Mathews, Susan Guz, Rosemary Sickles, or Janine Jemersen (Emails are listed on the contact page.).
